Hunters Point worked with Ogilvy New York to drive awareness and subscriptions for H&R Block’s new online DIY Tax Tools. On the afternoon of Feb 12th before the big game and in the spirit of football season and tax season, Hunters Point produced Tax Prep Tailgates in Baltimore, Birmingham and Phoenix. The events were held at local restaurants where attendees received free brunch from a customized menu, a little pre-game mojo and some support from H&R Block with doing their taxes and learning the new software. The Hunters Point team managed all production and developed the creative and programming strategy. They helped get the word out through marketing, social and PR. Their PR effort generated over 7M media impressions, and another 3.2M social impressions to drive 1.4K registrations.
