idris Solomon is a New York–based photographer, director, and creative director. With a background in creative and design, He approaches each scene with a designer’s eye and a deep respect for his subjects, capturing emotion as the moment reveals it. He is passionate about representing Black and Brown communities and sharing their stories, culture, and the beauty of their everyday lives. Idris is the owner of Black Shutter Productions and the host of the Black Shutter Podcast, where he is in conversation with fellow Black creatives.
