Dawn Dunning designed the décor for Colman Domingo’s Met Gala Pre-Party, Put That Shit On, drawing inspiration from that year’s Gala theme, Dandy. She transformed the venue into a richly layered space filled with personality and flair, blending bold textures, expressive details, and tailored propping that reflected both Colman’s creative vision and the night’s fashion-forward energy. The result was an environment that felt intimate, stylish, and distinctly Colman.
