14B created a camp-themed experience for the conference’s marquee celebration, shaping an environment filled with nostalgic details, tactile moments, and branded touchpoints. Guests entered through a camp bulletin board that introduced the theme, then explored a Ranger Station with wellness kits, a postcard-writing activation, and a photo moment styled with retro chairs, a hyperreal Airstream backdrop, and a faux fire pit.

The space featured camp-inspired food and beverage elements, including a canoe filled with chilled drinks, pennant stirrers, custom koozies, and themed decor. Brand Ambassadors wore Trail Crew uniforms, while pillows, flags, and florals completed the campsite aesthetic and created a cohesive, immersive experience.
